Resourcer / Delivery Consultant - Crewe/Nantwich area.

Fed up of business development? Looking for a recruitment role which is focused on resourcing for candidates and managing the client relationship? This could be the role for you.

A bit about the role:
Your time will be split between being onsite at your client's office and in the agency's office. This is a fast-paced role and you will need to have excellent time management skills as well as having the ability to build a large pool of available candidates for predominantly temporary assignments. This is a purely resourcing role, but you will also have to manage the relationship with the hiring managers within your client's organisation.

About the agency:
This recruitment agency is well established in the local area and has some long-lasting relationships with companies of all sizes. The Directors of the business are very hands-on and have created a "grown-up" environment where their Consultants can get on with their job and not be bogged down with lots of KPI's. You will be supported in your role and staff development is at the core of this agency's philosophy.

Who are they looking for:
Ideally, you will have at least 12 months recruitment experience within a fast-paced sector. Recruiters who have experience filling temporary roles within the Warehousing or Industrial sector would be ideal but other sectors will be considered. You need to be results driven with a focus on providing quality candidates.
Due to the fact you will be traveling between 2 sites, a driving license and car are essential.

The benefits:
Basic salary is dependent on your experience, but they are looking to pay in the region of £20-£26k (this range does have flexibility). There is also a bonus scheme on top of your basic which is based on placements made.
Other benefits include free parking, pension scheme, quarterly and yearly incentives and social evenings.
