**Retail Manager**

We are currently looking for a store manager to run our highly successful and established hobby and collectable toy company. The store a household name and is famous as the UK brand leader in the model railway hobby.

**Retail Manager The Role**

* Take a key role in the running of the Swindon store
* Act as the lead brand ambassador representing the brand and the brands impeccable dedication to service.
* Provide a personalised service to each and every customer
* Take accountability for a team of sales assistants in achieving targets, both financial and service standard
* Develop and train the team to the highest of standards
* Creating shift rotas for the team members
* Carrying out training and on boarding of new starters
* Ordering in the products

**Store Manager The Person**

* Experience of working within a luxury retail environment
* Strong team management experience

**Hours**

* 40 hours a week the right applicants must be available to work on weekends

**Salary**

* £18- £22k per annum there is room for negotiation for the right applicant
