The role of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant involves;
Sitting down with senior management to devise your own business plan and strategy for the year, focussing on revenue
Researching and understand your market and becoming a specialist within the area you enjoy most
Being invited to demonstrate your entrepreneurial spirit and having the freedom to develop at a pace that suits you and your team
A full 360 degree role that will involve meeting candidates and clients up to
CEO level and acting as a consultant rather than a typical recruitment consultant

What you need to have:
Excellent academics including A levels and a minimum 2:2 degree or sales experience
Motivation and drive for success
Ability to handle rejection
Ambition, competitiveness and good listening skills
Strong work ethic and a great attitude
What you will get in return:
Minimum £18k basic and uncapped commission
Typical OTE equivalent, £35 - £40k by the end of year 1

WHAT YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO EARN:
There are not that many industries a Graduate can walk in and earn the following; o Year 1 - £35k o Year 2 - £35-£45k o Year 3 - £45-£60k
