Our client who are a well-established and successful organisation and who have a reputation in providing the widest range of high quality products and services are currently recruiting for an experienced Field Service Engineer to support a number of service & maintenance contracts throughout Scotland on a full time permanent basis.

Employed in a field based role covering Scotland, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and attending emergency call-outs to a wide range of workshop machinery and working on the supply & extraction of air control systems, electrical controls & running gear including single & three phase and various control equipment including motors, fans, bearings etc.

Essential requirements:

-17th Edition IEE Wiring regulations
-Team player who has knowledge of safe systems of work and have served a recognised electrical apprenticeship or equivalent
-The ability to fault find on control panels
-Competent working with both single and three-phase
-Knowledge of PLC's and variable speed drives
-Mechanical aptitude
-Good problem-solving skills.
-Able to demonstrate a strong focus on customer care with excellent communication skills.
-Full UK Drivers Licence.
-Willing to travel and work away from home
