An excellent opportunity has been made by a client of Eden Brown Synergy in the Norwich area of Norfolk.
Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Contact Advisor for their vacancy. The role is a Full Time, Fixed Term Five month contract till 30th April 2018 with the view for an extension.
As a Customer Contact Advisor, you will need to provide a high quality and comprehensive housing management and maintenance service, ensuring a consistently high level of customer orientated advice and information services across multiple channels.
You will need to provide an excellent first point of contact for all customers of the Organisation (both internal and external) and stakeholders.
Part of your role will be for you to be responsible for a range of functions including diagnosing repairs, raising maintenance work orders, recovery of rent arrears, income collection, and providing technical administrative and clerical support to staff within Asset Management and Housing Management.
You will be required to respond to enquiries from all customers through a variety of means (emails, telephone, face to face etc.) with empathy and professionalism, aiming to provide resolution at the first opportunity.
You will need to establish the needs of the customer and deal with their enquiries at first point of contact. Where an enquiry cannot be resolved at first point of contact, take personal responsibility for ensuring it is progressed as swiftly as possible ensuring the customer is kept regularly informed of progress.
You will need to carry out customer surveys, both inbound and outbound, as required to establish customer preferences and levels of satisfaction with the organisations services. Continually promote online services to customers raising awareness of this contact channel and encouraging access to services online.
You will need to ensure that all ICT systems and call handling technology is used appropriately and as directed to assist with improvements and service delivery.
Furthermore, you will need to ensure that customer records are continually updated with contact details, equality and diversity information and specific contact preference, including customer flag information, ensuring services can be tailored to the individual customer need.
