Caretaker-Tower Hamlets
Service Care Construction are recruiting for a Caretaker in the Tower Hamlets area. A Large Housing Association based in Tower Hamlets has a fantastic job opportunity for a Caretaker to join their very busy team. As a Caretaker for this Large Housing Association it is essential that you have proven practical experience of building cleaning and grounds maintenance. You must have a full UK licence with C1.

The Caretaker role will require the successful candidate to work from 8am until 4pm Monday to Friday. You will be carrying out caretaking duties, covering all aspects of cleaning in communal areas as well as driving large vehicles up to a class 1, doing rubbish and waste removals and large furniture disposals. You will need a full UK licence with a Class 1 endorsement.
The manager is looking for someone to start as soon as possible and the closing date for CV's is the Friday the 17th of November.
