Family Law Paralegal
The opportunity!
Our Client is offering a unique opportunity for a Paralegal with expertise in Family. They are an well established and well known firm based in London and across the South covering a multitude of legal sectors including Family/ Property/ PI/RTA/ Clinical negligence.
The Role!
The successful candidate will be expected to assist in a range of disputes including financial disputes between high net worth individuals and complex disputes for the arrangements of children;
- Primary point of contact with clientèle;
- Case analysis; carrying out risk assessment on cases and reporting your findings to the solicitor.
- Drafting legal documentation /preparing court bundles/ instructing counsel/ comply with court directions
- Deal with general administrative duties
The Requirements!
The ideal candidate will have at least a years experience as a Family Law paralegal dealing with similar duties as laid out above.
