Care Supervisor *

Summary of Post: * Care Supervisor *

Working with a renowned, high quality private care provider, who offer a clear, reliable and truly personal service to help individuals be independent in their own homes.

The successful Care Supervisor will:

Responsible for assisting with the development, and quality management of the services through assessments and monitoring of staff and clients
To support the Management team in the implementation of all policies, procedures and business objectives.
Ensuring that any reasonable requests are acted upon and concerns or complaints are promptly investigated and dealt with appropriately.

This exciting new role for the Care Supervisor is working with a proud and strong management team in leading and monitoring standards of care delivered and service provision.

Experience / Qualifications: * Care Supervisor *

You will be required to undertake assessments to an excellent standard and produce detailed, outcome-focused support plans and risk assessments.

Must be a Car Driver
Excellent communication skills,
Good planning and organisational skills.
Sound understanding of good care principles
Skills in assessment and care planning.

Care Supervisors must have experience in the Health and Social care sector,
