Customer Sales Advisors Required

£16,382 PLUS monthly uncapped bonus

Interaction Recruitment is the UK's fastest growing independent recruiter with offices Nationwide. We are currently working in partnership with our award winning client who are looking to recruit a number of sales advisors to join their vibrant and growing teams.

Due to our clients continued success the need to increase the number of sales Advisors.

The role of a Sales Advisor

Sales Advisors are the first line contact with our client`s customers so excellent customer service skills are key to support the client`s brand and reflect the values of the organisations. As a sales advisor you will also be required to build great rapport with each client and it is imperative that you deliver excellent levels of customer service throughout.

This is a fast paced sales role so you must be comfortable with meeting sales targets and working in a fast paced contact centre environment. Working in a regulated setting means Agents are responsible for delivering a compliant, professional and personable service.

Sales Advisor Shifts

Business operational hours are 8:30am to 20:00pm seven days a week; you will be expected to have a degree of flexibility within these hours. 40 hours per week.

As a Sales Advisor you should

- Have previous contact centre experience
- Have great communication skills
- Have ability to provide first class customer service
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
-Motivation and drive to succeed
-PC literate- quick learner
-Passionate

As a Sales Advisor you will get:

In addition to an excellent salary of £17,056. You can expect to earn an average £400 per month in bonus.
