Job Summary
LG Recruitment is looking to recruit a HR Officer to work as part of our clients main management team at their North East based Head Office in Shildon, County Durham.
The successful candidate will be a great communicator, have fantastic interpersonal skills and be very well organised.
The Job Role:
Everything relating to employee relations and support
Recruitment and selection
Assisting managers with interviews
Co-ordinating all annual leave and sickness
Disciplinary and performance management
Monitoring working hours
Working with accounts to prepare monthly payroll
Staff handbook and inductions
Staff training and development
Assisting Health & Safety Officer when required
The Person:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fantastic attention to detail
Excellent IT and organisational skills
