Connect Books are looking for a HR Advisor to join our team for a 6 month fixed term contract.
We are going through an exciting period of change and we are looking for an experienced HR advisor who can guide us through some of those key changes. We are reviewing all our employee benefits so experience as a 'Compensation and Benefits Advisor' would be advantageous as would experience of outsourcing payroll or running large payrolls and the processes surrounding this.
The role is full time working Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and will require some travel (not regular) to manage our third party suppliers.
The role would suit someone who is tenacious, persisitant and familiar with change management and process mapping.
