Parts Sales Executive required for leading Commercial Franchise in Northampton

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 + Company Car + Fuel + Excellent OTE

Our client, a highly successful, leading commercial dealership are looking to recruit an experienced Parts Sales Executive to join their very successful team. The main purpose of the role will be to sell parts to prospective as well as current customers and increase customer loyalty and market penetration.

You must have Aftersales or Parts experience!

Responsibilities:

- Maximise sales of the manufacturers Genuine Parts and All-Makes products to our customers
- Identifying and analyse customer spend vs potential and agree action plans
- Generate your own weekly meeting schedule and monthly standardised visit reports
- You will be responsible for driving parts sales, maintaining excellent customer relationships and identifying and developing lasting relationships with new customers.
- Work closely with regional and branch staff to assist in developing and implementing local sales and marketing activity programmes
- Maintaining your own product knowledge and awareness of competitor activity
- Actively pursue lapsed customers
- Support the branch management to improve customer loyalty, sales penetration and aftersales turnover
- Being a representative and ambassador for the company.
- Following the compliance guidelines for the group.

Required experience:

- Experience in automotive retail business
- Communication on different levels of business
- Proactively selling in a commercial environment
- Valid work permit
