Position: Residential Home Manager.
Location: Eckington
Salary: up to £30,000 Per Year + incentive scheme and employee benefits.

An exclusive opportunity has arisen for a Residential Home Manager in the Sheffield area. The service is a 35 bedded facility offering Dementia, Residential and End of Life care. The home also has a specialist unit for young people with disabilities.

This Residential Home position is within one of the UK's leading independent healthcare operators, who shares its ethos of delivering the highest quality professional and personal care. The group consists of Nursing homes, hospitals and centres throughout the UK, highly regarded for quality of care and innovation in their respective fields.

The Residential Home Manager will have the following skills and experience:

Independent Healthcare Experience
Financial Management skills
People Management Skills
Assertive
Strong Time Management & Communication Skills
Up-to-date knowledge of all relevant legislation and standards of practice.

In return the Residential Home Manager will receive a fantastic comprehensive manager's salary package, including:

A basic salary of up to £30,000
