Adecco are currently recruiting for a Administrator in Runcorn
Initially 3 months £8.45 per hour
Monday to Friday. 40 hours per week. 08:30-17:00.
The Accounts Receivable Administrator is responsible for creating Customer invoices, in compliance with the requirements of our client's financial policies and procedures. Processing invoice requests, along with other general
Account Receivables duties.
* Creating Customer invoices
* Resolving Customer queries efficiently and accurately, by email and phone
* Developing customer relationships with internal customers
* Ensuring the appropriate controls are followed in order to maintain the quality and integrity of financial information to comply with auditing requirements Person Specification;
* Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Previous experience in Accounts Receivable desirable but not essential
* Working knowledge of and an ability to interrogate Navision preferable
* Previous experience of vendor statement reconciliations and matching invoices to PO`s
* Knowledge of purchase to pay process * Experience working to deadlines with an attention to detail and a sense of urgency
* Strong reconciliation skills
* Strong IT/computer skills with intermediate MS Excel
* Good communication skills * Ability to be flexible and adjust to different working environments and clients' needs
