Senior Digital Marketing Executive (Analytics)

We are a marketing-driven sales organisation; as a result see this position as being core to our growth, as a core focus for this role is lead generation and nurturing.

We are currently recruiting for a talented Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our Digital marketing team and deliver a hands-on marketing service, focussed very much on collaboration, delivery and adding value.

The Senior Digital Marketing Executive is a critical role within the marketing team, with key responsibilities including, but not limited to:

* Channel management and optimisation:

Website

Social media

Dotmailer

Hotjar

* Campaign management

Paid search

Display

Remarketing

Email

* Agency management
* Analysis & Reporting

Google Analytics, MOZ/Search Metrics or similar.

Testing

Hotjar

Recommendations to improve performance and ROI

A key component of the role will be analysing and producing analytics to support the optimisation of key marketing activities and campaigns.

They would be expected to take ownership of planning, implementing, testing and deploying campaigns regularly for all three business units, supporting and collaborating with the rest of the marketing team to expand and improve our broader marketing strategy and goals.

As well as working within the marketing team, they will also be working with other departments of the business such as sales, traders and back office to improve conversions, compliment their strategies to stay ahead of our competitors and drive ROI.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate and to be considered for this role you must have at least 3 years' experience in Digital Marketing in a sales focussed organisation and have a track record of adding value to a business and delivering the above mentioned marketing deliverables.
