Are you passionate about sales and providing excellent customer service? I have a number of exciting opportunities for money motivated and target driven individuals to work within the outbound customer service department at one of the UKs leading Home Improvements Providers.

This is a temp to perm role paying £7.50 an hour plus a generous commission scheme.

Main Duties Include:

- Providing excellent customer service and representing the brand

- Cold/Warm calling prospective/existing customers and setting appointments

- Maintaining the database to a high standard

Skills and Experience Required:

- Confident, professional phone manner

- Target driven

- Strong negotiation / objection handling skills

- Ideally some form of outbound sales experience b2c telesales, b2b telesales, door to door sales, fundraising (this is not essential however).

Hours:

PM shift times = 13:15 16:15pm

EVE shift times = 17:00 20:00pm
