Role: Project Administrator

Type: 12-month contract
Salary: from £10 per hour
Kelly Services are recruiting for a Project Administrator, on behalf of a global renewable energy client. The role is a 12-month maternity leave cover, planned to begin in December 2017. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager in administration related tasks of an existing project and a two that are being under a development.
Main responsibilities:
- SAP - creation of purchase requisitions and invoice verification;
- Document number generation and filing of certain documents on Livelink (document management system) and work together with Document Controller;
- Keeping project templates up-to-date;
- Updating documents when resources change - contact list, org chart, connectus/Livelink permissions, holiday tracker and sending reminders;
- Onboarding team members (basic project specific - separate to line management one - Project Handbook and some basic step-ups);
- Send out team meeting invites (and maybe write up mins - if appropriate);
- Room bookings and ordering lunches;
- Collation of accruals and KPI's from staff/contractors.
Essential skills:
- SAP experience (mainly purchase orders, requests etc.);
- Administration experience;
- Well organised;
- Proactive;
- Able to multitask effectively.
