Package -
Based at a large data centre in the Docklands
Continental shift pattern (days & nights / 7:30 to 7:30)
Salary - £40k
20 day holiday
Pension scheme
Overtime available and paid @1.5x annual salary, 2.0x Sundays and Bank holidays

Duties & Responsibilities
Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on critical site plant including: - BMS, UPS, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers, Distribution Boards, Lighting and emergency lighting, Control Panels, Generators, Single & 3 phase power, Start delta motors, CRAC units, DRUPS, etc.
Working closely within a team environment to ensure smooth and safe delivery of the maintenance program in accordance with contractual obligations.
Liaising with management and client on a daily basis.
Meeting health and safety standards at all times.
Upholding the image of the company.
Adhering to the security measures on site.

Experience & Requirements -
Experience of working with critical engineering systems within a building services environment.
Good all round understanding of electrical, mechanical & HVAC plant.
Good communication skills.
Understanding of IT to a good standard.
All relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, HND, HNC etc.)
