We are looking for a Graduate Mechanical Engineer who stands out from the crowd, someone who would thrive in a fast paced environment and would love to be mentored by experienced Engineers, working in high value/low volume production environment. You will be working in the Quality department and learning what it takes to be a great Quality Engineer.

Graduate Quality Engineer - Mechanical

You would be working with interesting mechanical products supplying to prestigious clients within Aviation/Aerospace manufacturing. You will obviously need to have a recent degree in Mechanical Engineering (ideally 2:1 or above) and a natural drive to solve problems and seek solutions, you will trained how to put quality techniques into practise but it would be helpful to have a basic understanding of product material properties with some knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma concepts, root cause and corrective action, 8D, and associated statistical tools.

The Package

The salary is circa £25,000 per annum and they offer excellent career potential. Benefits include 25 days holiday, flexible working hours, Child Care vouchers, free parking and shopping discounts. Working in Fareham near the motorway for an easy commute.
