An Architectural Technician is required for one of Bristol`s leading Architectural practice`s. On offer is the chance to work for an architectural practice that has been established for over 25 years and work on a variety of projects.

On a daily basis you could find yourself working on Residential (Low/ Medium Rise) Education or MOD projects. This office is located in one of Bristol most creative quarters in the city centre.

This Architectural Technician role will focus on the technical deliver of projects that are about to go or either on the construction phase. The work will be involved in Public Sector Mod and detailed planning for high end density residential development.

The Candidate: Architectural Technician

- Good attention to detail and time management,
- Knowledge of building regs and construction stage and having a technical eye for detail
- Confident using Revit within an Architectural practice
- Able to liaise and co-ordinate information and queries with clients and third-party design consultants/suppliers
- Self-starter and have the ability to work on your own
