An exciting opportunity for a GIS Manager working for a Major JV on HS2 has come up in the Birmingham area. You will oversee the technical work conducted by our production team. You will ensure the team is informed, organised and producing outputs that are of the highest standards

Job description

* Undertake data management, update and conversion tasks. Management of our ArcGIS for Server infrastructure. (Migration management)
* Ensure that the GIS Execution Plan is implemented by FUSION JV and its subcontractors.
* Working closely with the different GIS end users, engineers and project teams to identify problems and provide input
* Capturing and maintaining a register of GIS data usage around the project and seeking opportunities to deploy GIS wherever could be beneficial
* Identifying and implementing the most appropriate and efficient geospatial workflows , processes and assurance
