Our market-leading client is searching for a Marketing Executive to join their busy and growing Hertfordshire team. Educated to degree level and with experience across the full marketing mix, you will be a proactive, driven and organised individual keen to take the next steps in your career within a highly respected business. Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing would be a huge bonus, as this role will see you creating marketing campaigns aimed at trade customers and to target consumers directly.

As Marketing Executive, you will be focusing on creating, implementing and analysing both online and offline marketing campaigns, working closely with the Brand Marketing Team to ensure all campaigns are aligned with the broader marketing strategy. This is a varied and hands-on position, which will see you working across a number of strategic marketing campaigns. You'll need a strong awareness and working knowledge of digital marketing, with the ability to implement a number of digital marketing campaigns designed to build brand awareness and increase market share. You'll be responsible for building on and improving their email marketing campaigns, devising a strategy for how best to segment, target and engage customers. Using your creative flair and communication skills, you will create engaging content for use across a variety of platforms and will support the team in the creation of a targeted customer communications strategy. Working with the wider marketing team, you'll assist in the creation of key marketing and promotional collateral, including POS, brochures, posters and leaflets.
