Our client is a multi-disciplinary property and construction practice with offices throughout the UK and they now seek an Associate Project Director for their Manchester office.

As Associate Director, the role involves working with a wide range of clients in both the public and private sectors. It is essential that the successful candidate is chartered with considerable post qualification experience and the ability to demonstrate a successful track record in delivering projects across multiple sectors including residential, commercial, leisure, industrial and retail.

This national consultancy offers its clients full advisory services through its Project Management, Cost Consultancy and Building Surveying services so previous experience working within a similar multi-disciplinary practice would be ideal.
