My client is one of the leading driving agencies in Scotland. . Due to an increase of workload and winning new accounts they are looking to recruit an EXPERIENCED DRIVING CONSULTANT to join the team. This is a rare opportunity to join one of the most prestigious in the Driving Recruitment Sector, and as an experienced consultant you will be rewarded with an excellent basic salary, a superb, bespoke bonus scheme (discussed at interview) as well as a host of other benefits you will also be joining a steady and motivated team.
It is essential you are currently working in recruitment (driving sector ideally, however we are happy to hear from you if you work in industrial / manufacturing / fast paced temp marketplace). You will need excellent legislative knowledge, understand the temp process, and be proven at attracting and retaining staff the company can offer you every method of recruiting, and have a first class package to help you retain them.
You will be immediately looking after a mix of clients, and will be expected to use your skills and knowledge to grow the desk further.
This is a consultant role, however we are equally happy to hear from an experienced recruiter who now wishes to make the next step up to a Senior role
Basic salary is completely negotiable with bonuses, benefits
