Pre Construction Manager - Lancashire - Building Services - Excellent Salary & Package

DCS is seeking a Pre Construction Manager on behalf of one of the UK's leading M&E installation and construction services companies.

The Role

Reporting to the pre construction director and regional director of day to day operations The successful pre construction manager will be responsible for the estimating of building services, business development, general client liaison and providing top quality bids.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will come with at least 10 years post qualification experience of pre construction activities gained with a well known M& E contactor and carrying out the following duties;

* Differentiation
* Design
* Business Development
* Bid/No bid/Win Plans
* Diligence / Process Compliance
* Bid Writing / Contractors Proposals

Skills & Qualifications

* ONC/HNC/HND building services qualified (preferred)
* Amtech Estimation Experience
* Microsoft Office
* General understanding of Design Responsibility
* General understanding of Contract Conditions
* Presentation/customer facing/communication/sales skills
