Currently recruiting for an experienced Team Managers to join a large corporate financial services company,

Working within a large Contact Centre, Operations department.

Previous experience of Managing a large team within a similar environment desirable.

Experience of;
Managing a team of 10 or more
Call checking and monitoring
Holding 121 meetings and performance reviews
A busy contact centre environment
