Store Manager - Luxury Retail

The Managers are true brand ambassadors who thrive on delivering excellent Customer experience, exceeding targets and coaching their teams.

You will be responsible for:

Demonstrating significant leadership qualities in a customer facing environment
Commercial performance accountability to achieve store KPIs
Delivering outstanding customer experience throughout the purchase journey
Training your team on products and fabrics in order to deliver a seamless & knowledgeable
Customer Experience
Maintaining the highest standards in terms of merchandise displays
Build an effective team environment
Manage the vision & mission of the company within the store
Attract high quality talent working with the HR recruitment team to develop outreach, on-boarding,
training and performance management
