Job Title: Customer Relations Advisor

Location: Brighton

Salary: 17-18k DOE

Hours: Mon - Fri, Full time

Our client is looking for a Customer Relations Executive to join their fun and expanding organisation. The ideal candidate must be able to deliver first class customer service as you will be the first point of contact for their internal & external suppliers and customers.
You will be responsible for handling queries and complaints from customers and agents in a professional manner whilst making sure resolutions are provided within agreed company standards.

Responsibilities:

* Ensure all queries & complaints received by phone, e-mail & post are resolved in an efficient manner
* Provide a resolution in accordance with SLA's
* Work closely with internal partners to resolve customer queries quickly
* Escalate serious complaints in line with company procedures
* Manage workload effectively to ensure cases are completed on time
* Have a professional and pro-active approach to all enquiries
* Build effective working relationships with all internal/external staff, suppliers, clients and agents
* Constantly work towards grade of service targets

Skills:
* Experience of working in a customer service/customer relations environment
* Excellent written & spoken communication skills
* Confident decision making and problem-solving skills
* Enjoys working under pressure
* Superb attention to detail
* Computer literate in all Microsoft Office programmes
* Ability to speak another language would be hugely beneficial
* A good understanding of geography would be a huge advantage
