Have you already got experience working in the Employability Sector or do you have an Educational or Training background with a passion for helping people? Do you have an Assessor qualification? Then this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

The basics.

You will support our unemployed customers gain employability skills such as Maths, English & Customer Services which will enable their progression towards employment.

Some of the main accountabilities will include:

Delivery of tailored programmes to enable learners to move closer to sustainable employment.
Differentiation of training delivery to ensure the learning needs of customers are met.
Achieve agreed individual and team targets in relation to starts, attendance, retention, appropriate and timely achievement and learner progression.

Have you got what it takes?

Your application should be able to demonstrate:
A passion for the subject matter
Experience in the delivery and assessment of accredited qualifications in employability, customer service, and business administration.
Maths and English at Level 2 or above.
A formal teaching or assessor qualification.
