THE ROLE
*Sales Order Processing.
*Creating Order Entry/Shipping Reports.
*Control and accuracy of distribution - Exports and Imports.
*Liaising with Freight Forwarders

Key skills

*Good knowledge of shipping and shipping procedures for all methods of transport to worldwide destinations.
*Knowledge of Letters of Credit and other banking activities related to payment methods (not essential but preferred).
*Be available immediately and commit to a long term role (possible temp to perm)
* Analytical, organised and effective communication skills
* Be able to commute to High wycombe

Responsible for general administration for the department
Processing customer orders placed
Dealing with same day worldwide shipments and all related shipping documentation
Updating the database daily
Building relationships with key clients
