Social Worker /Care Manager

We are looking for Social Workers/Care Managers to carry out needs assessments for people in the Rutland area who need help to live independently. You will also need to facilitate the use of personal budgets and arrange and/or commission packages of care.

These posts are based in a small Local Authority in the East Midlands which is best known for its beautiful countryside, small market towns and friendly people.

You must have:

A Social Worker, Nursing or Occupational Therapy qualification, along with appropriate registration
Experience of working with adults in need of help and support
Experience of undertaking social care assessments
The ability to drive with access to a care due to the work locations
A knowledge and understanding of adult safeguarding procedures

Price / Salary: £23398 - £33437/annum
