Quantity Surveyor

PQS / Consultancy - London - Quantity Surveyor - Hotels/Hospitality

A global consultancy with a fast expanding Cost Consultancy team is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor, preferably with hotels, or hospitality experience (UK or International).

Working with the head of the Hotels division, the successful Quantity Surveyor will work on a diverse range of hotel schemes. This will include luxury, 5 start hotels to the refurbishment of Holiday Inns.

Acting as the sole Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with the Project Management team providing a detailed cost management service.

Role: Associate Quantity Surveyor / Permanent

Location: London

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000

Essential:

* Hospitality sector experience
* Able to work independently within a Project Management team
