Sales Trainer

Purpose:
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager or designate you are responsible for the successful execution of Sales events to help companies and their staff maximize sales.
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive training programs

Conduct pre-sale telephone training and assist the sales staff to book appointments

Create a sense of excitement around the sales event to motivate the sales team

Host and execute private sales events

Build rapport with the dealership team to establish trust and respect

Complete and submit post sale summaries and reports

Be a role model that showcases our culture both internally and externally

Takes responsibility for self-development and continuous learning to acquire new knowledge, skills and concepts for excellence in the role

Position Requirements

Minimum 3-5years of automotive sales management experience and a proven track record of success

Relevant post-secondary education is an asset

A natural self-starter who is reliable and dependable

Able to work well in a fast paced environment, multitasking and making sound decisions on the spot

Proficient with computers and various programs such as Microsoft Office

A strong and effective communicator with excellent presentation skills

Able to ignite passion and motivate others

Organized with excellent attention to detail

A results oriented individual that thrives on the success of others

Team player who thrives in a creative environment, who can motivate, make decisions and solve problems creatively

Able to handle difficult situations with poise, diplomacy and practical knowledge
Professional in your own presentation and demonstrate humility and integrity in all of your undertakings
Inspirational leader, able to take and give feedback, recommend courses of action in line with our values and goals to unite and bring out the best in others

Known for a calm and confident mindset with proven ability to think on your feet

Proven ability to identify and mitigate risk, to balance budget and schedule, scope control, risk management, and change management

Either Flemish/Dutch or German or Italian speaking as well as English

Willing to travel
This role can be based either homebased in Europe or in the UK

Price / Salary: £40000 - £50000/annum
