The company
A leading house builder and social housing contractor based in the West Midlands are recruiting for a No.1 Site Manager due to recent expansion in the quantity of their work load. Our clients pride themselves on their exceptional staff and are looking for an Experienced New Build Residential Site Manager to start as soon as possible.

The Role
As The No1 Site manager on an existing project you will be reporting to the contracts manager, and your duties will include:
- Managing a team of site labours to maximise work out put.
- Managing the sub contractors.
- Leading 'tool-box' talks.
- Working closely with the contract manager to insure the project is running on time and within budget.
- Insuring all aspects of health and safety is adhered.

Project
Initially the first job you will be running is based in Warwick and is over 60 new build houses.

Candidate
Our client is looking for an experienced new build site manager looking for a new challenge and is capable of jumping straight on to an existing project.

It is essential you have:
- CSCS
- SMSTS
- Health and safety
- Experience within risk assessment
- Method statement

You will need a broad construction project background and you will ideally have vast experience of various new builds.
