Vida Education are looking for an English teacher to work long term in a Blackpool secondary school, this position is to start at the end of November and is to cover a maternity leave.

The ideal candidate would be enthusiastic and able to engage students with interesting and interactive lessons. They would also be able to teach KS3 and KS4 English lessons. You will take the role as a full time member of staff in a highly supportive working environment.

The community based secondary school has recently been praised by Ofsted for its continual improvements to the school and high attendances. Theyre looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to inspire students and fit in with the schools community.

The role is due to start at the end of November and will be for the remainder of this academic year.

In order to be considered for this role, you will need to:

Hold QTS or equivalent recognised UK teaching qualifications.
Have a good knowledge of current National Curriculum.
Have high expectations for achievement and behaviour in order to reach their students full potentials.
