Marketing Recruitment Consultant

We are looking to hire a new superstar Marketing Recruitment Consultant to join our fast-paced, growing business. Our entrepreneurial company has built up a great portfolio of clients in the Birmingham region as we seek to expand into London too. We are extremely excited to have recently been recognised for our teams' success having just won 'New Business of the Year 2017 and our Gala ball final next month for Great British Entrepreneur.
We are part of an amazing accelerating programme called 'Entrepreneurial Spark which have helped us with our journey so far. Our team is renowned for its positive, enthusiastic and vibrant working culture so we are looking for a bubbly, passionate, driven individual to come on board who can add some value to the growing team.

We have recently expanded into Milton Keynes and London and have high growth plans. It is vital that this candidate understands this is no ordinary recruitment role as we are an Ethical company who seek to change the cold industry in a compassionate and caring way.
This 360 Recruitment role will suit someone who is resilient, confident and ready to build a network of contacts in the Birmingham area - ideally someone which some sales experience! This candidate will need to be energetic, self-motivated and up for a challenge!
Our creative workspace is located in the Centre of Birmingham with bean bags, coffee on-tap, frequent events and team brainstorms to get involved in, not to mention a boss who really values it's employees - treating for breakfasts, lunches and occasional trips away.

Marketing Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities and Requirements
Understand our company culture, values and policies to integrate into our team - A team player!
Source new clients to bring to company, building on our current Midlands portfolio
Attend networking events where possible to build on our client base (May occur on some evenings all expenses covered)
Interview prospective candidates - Face to Face / Skype to place in roles
Manage the whole 360 recruitment process
Write out Job Descriptions
New business/ lead generation
Input complete recruitment process into CRM system to track progress
Encourage & Inspire other team members
Attending events for our charitable arm of the business 'HK Vision with the team when required.
Marketing Recruitment Consultant Qualifications/skills Required:
Previous experience in Recruitment or Sales
Working knowledge of the marketing sector
Excellent work ethic - a go-getter!
Compassionate person
Sociable, flexible and approachable
Autonomous/self-motivated individual
Strong communications and written skills

Marketing Recruitment Consultant Package includes:
Salary 16K-20K depending on experience with a tier structure of increases in 3 months and again after 6 months
Commission Scheme on-top UNCAPPED
Pension (will be live as of December)
Working hours 09:00-5:00pm Mon - Thurs 08:00-4:00pm Friday

Price / Salary: £16000 - £20000/annum
