Trainee Manager
Salary package: Starting salary of £19870k with opportunity to earn £30k + BONUS depending on previous experience.
If you are looking for a new challenge, then Gi Group want to hear from you. We are looking for Trainee Managers to start within a well-established fast-food chain in Portsmouth.
Previous management or supervisory experience in the Catering and Hospitality industries is ESSENTIAL as is a background in pubs, restaurants, fast food establishments and other catering environments.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
A passion to progress within their career
Be flexible and able to work weekends and evening shifts
Excellent customer service
Driving Licence or desire to learn to drive
The right to live and work in the UK
Drive and ambition to grow and develop

If you have been working in any catering, F&B, Restaurant or Bar business and are looking for that next vital step up - THIS IS THE JOB FOR YOU

Initially, you will be trained in all areas of store operations until you are proficient and able to train other people in those areas. You will then move on to running shifts with your trainer until you are able to run shifts on your own and without issue.

The next step would be for you to be qualified as a Duty/Shift Manager.

Opportunities will then exist for your continued growth to Assistant, Store and Area Manager.

On the Job as well as engaging, classroom-based training will be provided.
