Optime Group are excited to be adding to our team in Crawley. We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to source, develop and maintain relationships within our rapidly growing client base.

Your main responsibilites will be:-

* Sourcing new business via the telephone and face to face meetings
* Identify leads and build relationships with new customers to generate new business
* Ensure the highest level of customer service is met at all times
* Be extremely sales focused with the ability to achieve the monthly targets.

The successful candidate will have:-

* A proven track record of new business development and account management
* A proven track record of developing relationships over the telephone and face to face
* Have the experience of generating new business leads, via telephone, face to face and networking
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* The ability to self-motivate and the desire to work within a team
