We are currently looking for an Estimator to join our South West region. This is a new role which has been created due to the growth in the region. We will consider Estimators with varying levels of experience, the key requirement is flexibility and a willingness to learn.

The trademark Crest Nicholson schemes are sometimes highly complex, often on large multi-phase sites, with several bespoke designs on any scheme. Thus the role requires someone whom is happy to undertake estimating work in a dynamic environment where you could work on a new type of fusion steel frame one day, and concrete frame the next.

The Role

If successful you will be carrying out land appraisals, compiling preliminary and final estimates of the finished products. You will be involved in budgeting and costing, producing estimates from drawings, specifications and scope of work.

About you

To be successful you are likely to be an experienced estimator with good knowledge of the residential market. You will ideally have worked in a similar role within the South West region. We anticipate that you will be educated to degree level.

You will also have a good understanding of the procurement process, with the ability to multitask and deliver work to tight deadlines set to ensure we see the expansion we need to be sustainable.
