As the Marketing / Digital Manager you will be joining the business at an exciting time with opportunities to improve current performance and also prepare the Group for future growth. The role requires an in-depth of marketing process knowledge in both physical and digital marketing discipline. It is a hands on role with some tactical strategic development work

The role involves
Redefining and developing the Brand, its values and maximising exposure
Defining and operating all aspects of Marketing both digital and physical through all channels, such as print, radio, tv, web, social media, etc
Commissioning and negotiating with all marketing related suppliers
Shaping marketing across the current three geographic locations of the client
Define marketing based on demographic and geographic needs of clients
Maximising publicity for the client services and research
Responsible for marketing / advertising spend
Defining and driving campaigns
Accountability for spend efficiency and efficacy and production and monitoring of KPI's and metrics
Organisation and coordination with other clinical organisations
Organisation and operation of Open days and associated marketing and follow up
Management a dedicated team

Price / Salary: £45000 - £65000/annum
