Teaching Assistant

Coba Education is recruiting for dynamic and enthusiastic primary teaching assistants to flexibly work across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

Enjoy interacting with children of all ages and abilities. Have fun supporting children in their stimulating learning, contributing to their attainment and holistic development. Collaboratively work within a friendly team to provide the very best for all pupils.

Applicants should have:
* Good communication skills
* Experience of working with children of primary school age
* An approachable and reliable manner
* Confidence to professionally interact with children, parents and staff
* Understanding of behaviour management and classroom expectations
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team
* A minimum of GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English and Maths

Training and knowledge and experience of working with children with developmental, social communication and emotional/behavioural difficulties would be advantageous.
Secure safeguarding awareness is essential to promote the welfare of children.
