Are you a Project Manager with experience of Scaffold, Glazing or Roofing projects looking for a home based role managing start to finish construction projects for the Power and Water sectors?

Here is an outstanding chance for a Project Manager looking to be behind multi-million pound unique construction projects, working on a permanent basis and covering the East Midlands and South East of the UK

The company are an established multi-disciplinary company who will design, manufacturer and build the complete package for water and power companies. They are an innovator of industrial building materials and, although based in the north east, have long standing UK wide customers

The role itself involves taking on a home based role where you will cover projects ranging from typically 6 months to 1 year in length for industrial construction or Industrial Refurbs specialising in either or a combination of Scaffolding erection, Glazing and Roofing. Typical buildings include warehouses, factories and plants

The Role:

*Project Manager
*Managing Managers, different skillsets - both internal and contractors
*Scaffold, Glazing and Roofing - Industrial buildings and scale
*Home based but covering East Midlands and South East England

The Person:

*Project Manager
*Proven experience of managing industrial level projects in Scaffolding, glazing or roofing
*Quantity Surveying experience
*Driving License
