Our client, a successful multi franchise dealer group is looking for an General/Group Aftersales Manager to join their Service Centres.

You will be an integral member of the Management Team and you will understand the importance of people, process and performance. Being passionate towards the delivery of excellent customer experiences is crucial, as is proactively and responsibly driving the team to be the best that it can be month on month

You will have proven experience of strategy, how to motivate, and lead from the front - you will be in charge of a large volume of personnel, so having experience in managing large teams is essential. Group management of multiple sites would be highly desirable.

The main responsibilities are to organise the service and parts activities to ensure the departments' efficient and profitable operation. As part of a busy high volume, centre you will also be responsible for:

* Overseeing the service advisor's, workshop controller, technicians and support staff within the service department
* Monitoring and working to monthly, quarterly and annual targets set internally and with Manufacturer partner
* Effectively market and sell; manufacturers service plans and warranties, labour hours, parts, accessories, lubricants, subcontracted services
* Dealing with any customer issues and complaints
* Oversee the activities and performance of the Parts department

Price / Salary: £30000 - £60000/annum
