Role: Senior Recruitment Consultant - IT/Telecoms

Location: Brighton

Salary: £27,000 + £75,000 OTE + Fantastic company benefits

The role:

- Personally delivering Recruitment activities, and developing recruitment campaigns of a varied and/or complex nature.

- Working with the business to continually improve their talent attraction strategy across all areas.

- Providing a professional service to line managers across a broad range of clients and in line with the annual growth plan.

- Ensuring your team are delivering a first class service to the business to sustain current and future growth.

- Personally delivering Recruitment activities, and developing recruitment campaigns of a varied and/or complex nature.

- Working with the business to continually improve their talent attraction strategy across all areas.

About the person:

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
- A successful track record in a Recruitment role leading to high profile, volume or complex Resourcing issues.
- Experience in developing good working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally across all levels of seniority.
- Experience of providing clear, balanced advice and guidance on a wide range of Resourcing issues to management teams.
- Background gained in an ever-changing rapid growth Organisation
- An ability to take ownership of situations
