Reception Teacher Specification

Reception Teacher: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Reception Teacher. The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching and Reception and have the ability to pass this on to their students. This is a full time Reception school teaching position starting in January 2018.

The school is looking for a Reception Teacher who is confident in their ability to engage with and inspire pupils to achieve their best. Candidates must be fully qualified Reception teacher with excellent classroom practices and a love of teaching.

The Ofsted rated 'Good' school believes that the early years of a child's life are very important and their aim is to ensure that each child reaches their potential.

This is a 4 form entry school which really feels a part of the local community. Teachers expect pupils to work hard and behave well and build good relationship with each other.

To be successful in your application you must

* Hold a recognised teaching qualification with QTS (NQT's welcome)
* Have gained recent teaching experience within a school setting
* Possess in depth understanding of the Year 3 curriculum.
* Be confident in working with both children and adults
* Looking for a temp to perm role.
* Have an innovative and creative approach to the curriculum,.
* Have the ability to enhance and develop children's learning
* Have the ability to monitor and complete essential assessments.
