Our clients are a well-established main construction contractor focusing on the Commercial, Leisure, Education, Retail & Industrial sectors with projects range from high end Fit-Outs to New Build developments for a variety of clients throughout London & surrounding areas. As they continue to grow, they are now looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team running projects throughout London and surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced QS to join a well-established construction contractor working on an exciting range of projects throughout the South East. You will be responsible for running multiple projects from inception through to completion. They are ideally looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years' experience running projects (ideally Commercial/Leisure/Retail/Industrial) with full commercial responsibility.

They're offering a competitive salary up to £50K plus package and the usual benefits with genuine room for career development to progress within the company as they continue to expand.

Experience/Qualifications:
- BSc Quantity Surveying Degree
- Minimum of 5 years' previous QS experience working for a construction contractor
- Must have previous experience running projects from inception through to completion
- Ideally previous experience in the Commercial, Leisure, Education, Retail &/or Industrial sectors
- Full UK Drivers Licence
- Able & willing to travel throughout the South East

Price / Salary: £45000 - £55000/annum
