Our client is a privately owned Developer who build small to medium sized Residential Developments predominantly in the Lancashire area. Due to further expansion within the business they are now looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor with New Build Residential experience to join their Lancashire office.

As a Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for the Commercial management of 2 to 3 projects to ensure they are completed within budget.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

* Carry out tender analysis, sub-contractor procurement including management and payment of sub-contractor accounts
* Monitor and report build costs
* Provide a detailed cost budget and share with Site Manager
* Responsible for subcontractor payments, variation orders and settlement of final accounts.
* Forecast final accounts
* Produce monthly forecasts
* Preparation of Cash flows
* Site Measures
* Liaise with production and technical team
* Specification review for subcontractors
* Subcontractor Comparisons
* Client and Design team interaction

Our client is offering a competitive salary up to £55,000 plus company car or allowance and other company benefits.
