Mainline Employment are looking for a Shift Manager to run our clients busy warehouse located in the SN2 area of Swindon.

**The ideal candidate will:**

* have experience working in a food/ambient or parcels warehouse
* have experience working in a busy fast paced warehouse throughout the peak period.
* be thick skinned, up for a challenge and operate productively under pressure
* have team management experience (managing operatives, pickers/packers and team leaders etc.
knowledge of the demands of a busy fast-moving operation and technology is desirable

**Pay:** up to 26,000 per annum (dependant on experience)

**Hours:** 13.30 to 21.00
