We are currently recruiting for a talented Architect in Colden Common on the outskirts of Winchester. The role would suit a bright individual who is looking to develop a career within a forward thinking practice.

Our client are an award winning multi-disciplinary architectural practice who design award winning buildings for a wide variety of clients including offices, residential, healthcare, hotels leisure, retail, schools and universities. They are also leading the market in its use of BIM technology and process, they are committed, experienced and expert BIM users.

Our client are looking for a qualified team member ideally with experience in the education, healthcare and residential sectors on projects with a value of between £1m and £10m. The candidate must be capable of running several on site projects at the same time, clearly delegating to less experienced team members.

Essential requirements: Educated to at least RIBA part 3 level with 3 years post qualification experience and good interpersonal skills.

Experience of having carried out a lead role on projects with a value of between £1m and £10m.

Knowledge of Revit is required. Knowledge and use of other design and presentation software is advantageous but not essential.

Salary £33-£39k dependant on experience and negotiable, the client offer excellent benefits such as flexible working hours.
