Are you looking for a Fixed Term Role?
Our Client is looking for a Parts Administrator for a 6 Month Contract
The role in within their Technical Division ensuring procurement of machine parts.
You will be an excellent administrator with great customer service and interpersonal skills
You will ensure that unused new parts, warranty parts or service exchange parts are returned, cleaned and labelled to the relevant department, accompanied by the accurate and complete documentation
Picking and packing all warranty/service exchange items for return to the relevant factory, raising all necessary paperwork and updating records where required
Raising Sales Order, Work Orders, purchase requests and invoices both internally and to customers
Arranging inspection visits
Arranging van repairs and services via the correct department
Entering new parts details on to the system to provide information and pricing to enable effective ordering
Price / Salary: £24000 - £27000/annum
